Laboratory analysis of lubricating greases for cranes makes it possible to monitor the wear of mechanical components (bearings, cables) and to prevent breakdowns.

• NLGI Consistency: Measurement of grease consistency and mechanical shear stability under heavy dynamic load conditions.

• Grease Thermal Stability: Dropping point determination and thermal degradation testing under prolonged extreme operating temperatures.
